Hi, I’m Violeta. Whether it’s a wedding, an event, or a creative production, I work with people who have something meaningful they want to create and would rather not spend their time managing every detail it takes to make it happen. My role is to bring clarity to the process, take ownership of the execution, and give you the freedom to stay focused on what matters most.

Sometimes that means finding an aircraft, securing access to a hangar, and coordinating everything needed to film both on the ground and in the air. Other times, it means staying in a conversation long enough to turn six “no’s” from the Titanic Museum into the “yes” a production had been hoping for.

Every project carries something more important than the execution itself: what it means to the person who trusted me with it. 

For filmmakers, it might be a long-awaited film premiere in Los Angeles, where months of work finally meet an audience. And for a couple, it is their wedding, where the people who matter most are gathered in one place and they want to be fully present for every minute of it.

These moments may look completely different, but my approach to them is the same. I understand the importance of getting it right. I work calmly, thoughtfully, and closely with the people around me to keep things moving, solve what needs to be solved, and protect the experience from the chaos behind it.

When something matters this much, you should be able to trust the person helping you bring it together. That is the role I love, and it is why I created Violeta Align: so you can bring the idea without having to carry everything it takes to make it happen.
